But if I’m being totally honest, the supporting characters like Tate and Robert’s mother Elizabeth also found their way into my heart. A fast paced, adventure filled, sizzling romance. A new author to me, but one I thoroughly enjoyed. Well written with engaging, energetic and charmingly wicked characters. The plot is unique in so many ways. While, it has as the usual romantic elements, it always has an evil overcast as well. It is filled with deceit, deception, danger, passion and romance. I enjoyed the premise of love at first sight. Or is it all just a dream?
I loved the way Lady Dariana, the defiant and William, the warrior, find the HEA. They faced many obstacles, danger, challenges, the disobedience of a King, and not one but two abductions. Oh, yes, a very enchanting and challenging story. But can love prevail? You must pick up "The Defiant Bride". It's an awesome read. I do have a few questions, I was all become clear in the next installment. I hope there will be another installment. An enjoyable and satisfying read!
