An brief introduction to the Alkaline Diet, although it seems there is either a couple of translation discrepancies or some proofreading would help. There are numerous recipes included that sound yummy, but some of the ingredients would be much harder to find, especially fresh, if you don't live in a good size city. There are snacks and beverages and a few simpler recipes that can be made from anywhere and relatively quickly. Best for readers with a large international supermarket or located near cities.
