The Widow of Port Seaton di Susan Gibbs
The story started out with a great opening, grabbing my attention. Good starting characters, and a story line that looked like it might be interesting. Then the author decided to back fill, and back fill and back fill and back fill. WAY TOO MUCH. At the 60-70 page limit I gave up. I really wanted to find out how the main character (a young woman widowed in a shipwreck) was able to pick up her life, but just wasn't willing to put up with another 200 pages of blather to get there.
