I love to cook. I am sure I have made that rather clear in many posts in this blog. I also love to try new recipes and different cuisines. When I was offered the opportunity to review Simply Armenian: Naturally Healthy Ethnic Cooking Made Easy I jumped at the chance. This was a cuisine I knew nothing about. Woo hoo...

I thoroughly enjoyed reading through the book and learning about this style of cooking. To me it is very close to Greek cooking which is a food style I love and cook often. I truly enjoyed the family tales that were included throughout the book. It made things so personal and much more fun.… (altro)
