Biology of the Race Problem di W. C. George
One of the last gasps of scientific racism, and his pamphlet shows how desperate they were. It's poorly argued, cites outdated "science," and ignores where most research actually was. John P. Jackson's _Science for Segregation_ has a good discussion of the pamphlet's origin and shoddy argumentation.
