New Covent Garden Soup Company's Book of Soups
Some really good ideas, presented with enthusiasm, by the company that manufacturers relatively up-market ready made soup. I find the best use of this book is when there is a surfeit of garden produce or some vegetable or other going cheap - look up recipes by ingredients. This book is bound to give you some new flavour combinations.
