A book with good insights and a very pragmatic bent. The personality types are a bit broadly drawn but motivation is explored and the advice seems quite practical.

A helpful book packed with strategies for dealing with children who have challenging behaviours. While at times it suffers from overstretch by trying to cover a large range of ages, the strategies presented are applicable to parents with toddlers and teenagers.
What is most helpful is the insight it gives in to different behaviours - why is my child acting this way, and what can I do to deal with (and help my child deal with) their actions? It also talks a lot about parents needing to change their behaviour, which is something often overlooked in books of this nature.… (altro)
