2393 The Loras College Story: 150 Years, by Rev. Msgr. Francis P. Friedl, Ph.D. (read 26 Jun 1991) I found this an absorbing book and it really makes me feel as if I was one of the first to attend the modern Loras. ( I was there from 1946 to 1950.) I sympathized greatly with the administration, under Msgr. Justin Driscoll 1967 to 1970, when nuts tried to take over Loras. They did do a lot of damage, but the administration did not cave in entirely. I am glad I wasn't paying too close attention to what was going on at Loras in those days. This is an excellent book to own.… (altro)
