Read this if you have or will be filing a claim. As a former bureaucrat (not for the VA, though), I can confirm Ms. French's insights into the nature of a bureaucracy. Fill out all forms completely. Make sure you have the right forms. Make sure you understand what is being asked for. Don't file appeals, complain or go to your Congressman or anybody else until you have a decision.
