40. The House of Floris, founded by Frederick Floris, brochure about their Confierie included.

This originally belonged to one of my sisters; she's not much of a baker, so she passed it on to me. The book was published in England, so it requires conversions (for instance, oven temps are all in gas marks).

It's a good book. The recipes are easy to follow, with good explanations of techniques. Nice drawings and photographs, as well.
