A wonderful coming of age lesbian romance that is happily without a couple of the standards of the genre: drunken parties and girls denying their sexuality because of fear and or low self-esteem. Sure there is a touch of disapproving parental angst, but with a twist that might be surprising. There is also a wonderful model of acceptance and "the right way" to handle a child coming out to balance things out. Some of my favorite parts are the conversations between Sarah and her mother, with Sarah's little TMI moments that fluster them both so cutely.… (altro)
