Jeff Feldman

One of the things I know about myself is that I have a lower emotional intelligence (EI) or Emotional Quotient (EQ) than my teammates. Naturally, this can cause some uncomfortable situations especially since I am the team lead. As I we start 2019, I thought this was a great area to shore up. On my bookshelf, I had a book on EQ that I picked up at an Association for Talent Development conference.
