This book is a good example of fantasy because moose cannot really talk like Maddy and her mom do. The setting of the story is one of the main factors of the story, Maddy the Moose and her mom are in Alaska and they listen and look around at the sound the other Alaskan animals make. The artwork in this book looks like it was done digitally, or with a computer.
