In laughter yoga, the instructor talks to children ages 2-8 about how important it is to move their bodies and laugh. He takes the children through all different kinds of laughter, from "roller coaster laughter," to "lion laughter," to "airplane laughter," and more. It's really about getting up off the couch and having fun while moving and and raising the heart rate. Kids participate fully in these sessions, which are set in a large, empty programming room with lots of room to move around. This activity would be fun to try in any children's library.
