James T Dulley

James Dulley is a mechanical engineer, conducts inspections and energy audits for homeowners and teaches residential money-saving seminars. He has been involved in residential real estate vrokerage for many years and is familiar with homeowners' needs. He tests the do-it-yourself projects and tips in his own home.
