I hewed as closely as possible to the 21-day plan (occasionally dropped one of the snacks because it was too much food in the day for me) and while I did not end up with the sculpted arms I expected (I imagine that comes with continued workouts), I could tell my arms were stronger, could see growing definition in my arms and abs, and lost 3 pounds. Plus I'm much more aware now of eating better and will continue to be more conscious of what I eat. I definitely felt the workouts afterward and my arms look about as good as the ones on the cover, at the least! A good fitness plan to try; you just have to be motivated and committed to engaging in it for 21 days, and maintaining and improving afterwards.… (altro)

My Thoughts:
I learned a lot reading this book. Especiall interesting to me was the information on spot reducing. That was a revelation! Another real gem contained in the pages of this book is the truth about reving up your metabolism to run 24/7. Those two points alone are worth the price of this paperback. For anyone interested in achieving desirable muscle tone, you'll find this information concise, well illustrated, and understandable.
