In my "research" of this book, I was not able to come up with much, other than he wrote it. There were only 175 copies, 143 of which were given a number(mine) was 60 and those 143 were signed by the author. I have a signed copy.
I have no idea where this book came from and I am going to look into Shakespeare as he wrote a poem with the same title, as well as others.
There are no more copies of this book as far as I know. Whomever bought this book, they paid $25. I have no idea what or if this book is worth anything, but I shall find out.
Of note, I just did some more digging on this one and found that S.A. DeWitt's great grandson, Sinclair Duncan is the founder of Earthlink. I don't know if all of you know about Earthlink and I don't know if it is still around, but it was an internet address, i.e., phenry@earthlink.com. As well, Sinclair's wife is a science fiction author. S.A. DeWitt's wife's name was Augusta. CORRECTION: S. A. DeWitt's great grandson is Sky Dayton not Sinclair Duncan. Don't know where I got that from. Sky's(cool name as he is also a pilot.....oh the things I am learning) wife's name is Arwen Elys Dayton, a novelist of such books as [b:Resurrection|14591822|Resurrection|Arwen Elys Dayton|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1348404253s/14591822.jpg|1785532]. They have three children. They are beyond rich! I found a quote from Sky that I would like to share. It is
"I heard about this thing called the Internet. I thought, That sounds kind of interesting. The first thing I did is I actually picked up the phone and dialed 411, and I said, I’d like the number for the Internet, please. And the operator is like, What? I said, Just search any company with the word Internet in the name. Blank. Nothing. I thought, Wow, this is interesting. What is this thing anyway?"
— Sky Dayton
I am truly sorry for the err. I stand corrected. There will probably be more to follow on this one.
I will keep looking!… (altro)
