Sita DeLeeuw (1928–2015)

An account of the author's escape from Nazi Germany; the challenges experienced on the way; and the loss of close family members who were not as successful in seeking refuge first in England then in the United States. But this is only the beginning of her life story. Further adventures, and tragedies, await her, and her family, as they move from Chicago to the San Francisco Bay Area. Sita, as well as her partner, George Heaton, were members of Palo Alto Friends Meeting until their deaths.
