A scrapbook, almost Facebook style page autobiography of the Hawthorn champion and 1999 Brownlow medallist. Heavily pictorial with over 500 images but it does contain enough text to provide some insights into Crawford’s life and career. It helps that Crawford is comfortable in sharing intimate thoughts and images. For a more substantive and conventional biography see That’s What I’m Talking About, (2010), by Crawford and McFarlane, written only a few years after Crawford retired at the end of the 2008 AFL season.

A more conventional and substantial biography of the Hawthorn champion than Exposed (1999), which encompasses the whole of Crawford’s career which ended on a high by being part of the 2008 Hawthorn premiership.

Not a bad biography as there is plenty to keep the reader interested and Shane's story is a very capitivating one. Lots of football stuff for the boys and plenty of behind-the-scenes intrigue to make for a thought-provoking read for any football fan.
