If you read and liked the first book, you should enjoy this. As with the last, his stories have neither rhyme nor reason. It seems like he was just telling them to the author who wrote them down without any organization. There is also a section in the book (not in the last) of stories of his two children. I am not sure how I feel about that as I wanted to hear more of Don's stories though some of the insights of the children was interesting.

I hope that he does more books but I think that he could do one entire book of all the stories from HNIC to present. I like his playing and coaching stories but some of the funniest stories seem to always involve Ron.

I was quite surprised to find how much I enjoyed this book. I had expected it to be a continuation of Cherry's HNIC Coach's Corner schtick, but it was much more than that. Cherry shows a lot of compassion and humanity in his book. It's more than a book about hockey, it's a book about life.
