Samuel Chand

Jim bought this for me for us to do book review together. Read it during the spring/summer of 2021. Jim and I exchanged emails through the first half of the book answering the questions together, but unfortunately did not finish. I enjoyed parts of the book, but not necessarily the author's theology. It was very specific to leadership from a pastoral perspective and made me think of my mom and dad a lot in terms of the struggles they went through. Full of plenty of good lessons about leadership pain, but not necessarily worth the long read. Not going to get a huge recommendation from me unless its to someone struggling as a pastor or considering becoming one.… (altro)
