The book claims to be unique in what it says about the most important muscle in your body, but if you think about it, isn't all literature really about the human heart?

Jokes aside, this book gets points for being the first on the topic of heart arrhythmias in endurance athletes (as far as I'm aware), offering solid scientific evidence and reasoning, and for the ability to convince me to make some changes.

It loses the last star for not being particularly well written. Sometimes, technical terms aren't defined until their 3rd usage, for instance. But with some patience and prior knowledge of heart function, one can understand most of it.… (altro)
