The Making of a Transnational Capitalist Class… di William K. Carroll
Not a very convincing effort to proof, through an analysis of the composition of the Boards of the top companies, that there is something as an transnational capitalist class. I had the impression the author sticked to the assumption he reached at the beginning of his study, even if the results seems to proof something different.
