First Impressions
Fury of Frustration was very different from the rest of the series. I really enjoyed the way this book was different from the other. She hasn't done an enemies to lovers trope in this series and I found it fascinating to see the setup of the story. Both characters have good motivations so I did have a fun time with the angst although it ended too quickly and yes that is me saying that lol

Summary
So this story starts off with our hero, who is looking to buy the land that a infamous inn holds and he has his own reasons for wanting to get the property. Then we have the heroine, who has a history of being taken advantage of by the male members of her family and ex and has never really been valued for the work that she does and she can see GHOSTS!! When she inherits the property that have magic behind it, she starts to realize she has some special abilities and is learning what she is capable of. When danger hits the property, our characters will have to come together and discover a love they didn't expect to find.

What I Loved
I absolutely adored the characters. They are both really strong in their own way and have such stubborn type of characterizations. haha But when they come together its so delightful. I enjoyed their banter and how they interact with one another. Even though at first they see each other as adversary's, they also hold a respect for each other and that is the TYPE of enemies to lovers that I love to see. The plotline was delicious and kept me on the edge of my seat.

What I Struggled With
The evolvement from enemies to lovers was super sudden. I know these books aren't super long but still there needed to be better development because suddenly they were together and it didn't quite make much sense. I also wanted to see the growth with the heroine. There were all these changes within her and they were so sudden and didn't really make sense. This book with this plot needed so much more growth.

Narration
The narration was really great on this! It will expounded on the personality of our characters so well and really brought our the angst and banter so well that entertained.

Overall View
While I had a good time with this story, it definitely could have more room for improvement on it. I am curious to see how the series end!

Quickie Review:

Fury of Persuasion was such a blast of a book. It was a bit different type of tone of the story as this was more of a these are two people that were both kidnapped and find their way out and escape together and find out that they are fated mates through that forced proximity type of situation. The heroine is human but she has some psychic abilities, she has this capability of energy that draws in other dragon shifters to her. She was taken captive, used and abused, and eventually left alone in her cell to practically starve. When she is rescued and joins forces with our hero, the story really becomes elevated. The romance was enjoyable but I didn't quite connect with the relationship aspects as I did some of the other books. However, the plot and storyline were SUPERB as always! I am really fascinated by the dragon lore in this series and how the author has developed this series so far.

Overall I am intrigued for more and fascinated to see what happens next for this group and was such a fun listen.

Quickie Review- May contain spoilers, fair warning upon reading the review

Fury of Denial is the third installment and this is my favorite dragon for our hero. He is delightful. Although his book didn't quite live up to expectations. I was slightly disappointed on that a bit. It was still an enjoyable story. I loved the pairing for these two though. Our heorine is a native woman from France who is a pastry chef. And our hero, loves pastries especially anything with lemon. They instantly bond when rebel dragons have come hunting them and working with their clan they find ways to battle their enemy.

I really had a fun time with many aspects of this story. It also delivered on some solid feels and it was so interesting seeing how the author created this story and developed this relationship. I couldn't quite connect to this couple but I did appreciate the intense moments of feels that this author delivers. So having a fun time with this series and still going strong. Now the issue that I had with this one is I did want a bit more depth happening from the romance. It just could have bit a bit stronger than what is delivered on this one here.

Fury of Shadows is the second installment in the "Dragonfury" series. This series is part of the dragon pack that is living in Scotland. And I absolutely loved this book. I think this book is even better than the first book which I really enjoyed. There was something so much deeper on the emotional moments between our couple that really effects the reader on another level and I really appreciated what this author was capable of doing especially when these books are smaller, they are novella's and not full length reads. The spice that is delivered between this couple isn't many scenes but the ones that we get hit 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I really enjoyed what she was able to deliver within this one here. I also found the way in which the story was built plot wise to be a wild ride. Its well built and the banter between the various characters was so well done. I really had a blast and my only complaint is that it was too short, I didn't want to say goodbye to this couple here. However, these books are just perfect if you are looking for a fun story with strong emotions than I recommend it highly.

Quickie Review-May Contain Spoilers So Fair Warning Before Reading This Review

So Fury of a Highland Dragon is the first in the Dragonfury Scotland series. It's been quite a while since I have read this author so it was nice returning to her work. These books are pretty short but it was pretty fun and a great palette cleanser to read. I really loved the way that this one built throughout with the romance. There is some insta love but I was fine with it. I enjoyed how well these two just click and work together so well. There is low relationship angst and even when you think that there will be, the heroine gives us some nice surprises, and love how she turns it out to the hero in such a delightful way. And I had so much fun with this group of dragon shifters, loved the Scottish twist to them. This romance was endearing and easygoing and fit my mood just right. I can't wait to dig further into this series.½

Another excellent book in one of my favorite dragon shifter series, Dragonfury. Tourtured, badass hero and heroine find everlasting love amid danger and intrigue. Loved it and sighed happily at their HEA.

Fury of Destruction by Coreene Callaghan
Dragonfury book 7. Paranormal dragon shifter romance. Best read as part of the series.
Gage knows that Samantha is his mate as soon as he sees her but since they are in the middle of a setup to take down Dragonfury enemies, he needs to drag her into his world without any advance notice. Dragons shifters exist!

Samantha immediately feels comfortable with Gage because she can hear him inside her head. She feels the same pull he does and soon they become intimate and committed to the relationship. ie several steamy sex scenes.
Cameo appearances of prior couples and updates on their lives are included since most of the Dragonfury group lives together in a huge underground fortress in the mountains.

Two other storylines intertwine from different dragon septs. Ivar is an enemy of the Dragonfury clan and is intent on a female breeding program.
Azrad was thought to be an enemy but is really undercover and has infiltrated Ivar’s group. We are left hanging on this storyline though as part of a cliffhanger. Here’s hoping the next book is faster than the last break between books!

Fighting and battles between the dragons are amped up in this book exponentially.

I liked the heroine for her strength and acceptance of the whole dragon thing as well as her self awareness. I also like that all the dragons have accepted the psychotherapist from the prior book and have listened to advice, here in particular for Osgard which starts this whole story.
Entertaining, steamy and a dragon shifter adventure.

I received a copy of this from NetGalley.

The conflict in the book keeps you on the edge of your seat. Hamersveld is 1/2 human and 1/2 dragon. He is torn at the ritualistic experiments used to make babies for their species using human women. He is attracted to one woman, Natalie, who he feels he must rescue and help. Natalie is pretty strong and independent. The conflict for power is strong. Sveld, as he is known, is screwed because of his attraction to her. The chemistry is there and a surprise is waiting. This book is so full of power. Natalie's willpower to survive is strong and thriving even though she doesn't quite know where she is or when she was taken. Ivar is the bad guy and Sveld is just trying to protect Natalie, which is when we see his inner battle between bad and good. He's just trying to protect those he cares about. Ivar is his friend but Natalie is the woman he cares about. It's the classic love story.

Multiple points of view, water dragons, continuation of story lines. Learn more about motives. I like the way she writes about the feelings each other has, it feels very real

Venom is a poisonous dragon who can't touch a woman more than 40 minutes without his poisonous nature harming her. He desperately wants a woman to love and call his own. Evelyn has had disaster after disaster including the mob after her for her mother's debts. While some elements seem very familiar from other series but it is still a great read. Reminds me of Ward's Brotherhood, a lot. Tough cop abused by Razorback, Rikar helps her get her revenge. Weaves prior story and hints of future with the main story.

Forge's memories about the death of his family need to be unearthed and they decide to bring in a specialist, Hope, to help him recover his memories. Turns out she's his mate and things don't go quite as planned. While that's going on there are several other story arcs. The mystery surrounding Mac, the recovering abused Osgard, Ivar who unleashed a lethal virus killing human women, Nian hiding from the Archguard, and the Archguard arch with Zidane and his father bent on wiping out the Nightfuries. While the dragons definitely need someone to manage their day to day household needs, Daimler smacks very close to J.R. Ward's doggen, so close that it seemed I'd stepped into the Black Dagger Brotherhood home, it was very jarring.

I like this series and the couple, but this book seemed all over the place for me. With all the story arcs, only the love story and Mac's illness are resolved leaving me hanging and feeling like the book wasn't complete. I would have thought we'd have seen the results of Forge actually recovering his memory and know what they were going to do about it but after Forge finally finds out who killed his family the story goes straight to saving Mac and then seems to have been relegated to back burner status. I hope the next book will resolve these things and I can get back to my happy place about this series.

DNF ... GAH!! I tried with this one. I really did. But even though I liked the premise, it was because this was the first novel in the series that I had read that made it so I couldn't follow it completely. In addition, I grew bored with some of the scenes. Basically, I gave up fully reading it around the 50% mark ... then skimmed it until I got to 75% before giving it up all together.

Sorry! On a side note ... It did have some cute sayings to use as quotes.
