A thorough yet accessible book on being a "financial caregiver". Covers topics from a list of "signals you may need to get involved with your parents' money" - late fees, seemingly unwarranted scrimping, gifts to unknown charities or persons, frequent complaints about not having enough money, and many more - to a table of typical spending for older households, to key concepts in medical insurance and estate planning. Most people will find this book has very useful information for understanding your own financial issues, let alone the aspects dealing with the finances of a loved one. Highly recommended!
