Sifting through all the garbage and quackery that is put is not an easy task. I was hoping for much more in this book. What I got was aside from the most boring book on the subject I was a 400 page recitation of mythology theories through the ages.
Bullard is on a board of UFO inquiry but it is really hard to sense where he stands on the subject. In a dull overly analytic style reminiscent of a warn out professor he dwells mostly on myth and its origins and place in society.
Very few cases are examined and he tends to dismiss them in relation to mythological inteweaving. He does come to a conclusion in the last chapter of the book that there just may be something to the unexlpained cases and he states this in several lines. My recommendation is if you are looking for something meaningful and thought provoking you will not find it within these pages, I would pass.… (altro)
