Nelson Boswell

This book has started me on a new path of meditation and relaxation. I have learned many great things from this book that have already served me very well and I only see many more great things to come as a result of reading this book. I would have gave this book more stars but it is a little out dated. The information, I am sure, would be near identical in a newer edition but the context would make a significant difference. I look forward to reading more on mediation and practicing further. This book was about "creative meditation" and "positive programing" which I would like to get further reading on both topics.… (altro)
