R. K. Billiau

a dying earth and the mc is captured and put into a game world by force. There all is still very basic.
He is not giving up freely and learns a lot.
Nice story and some unexpected changes. Also some nice puzzles to solve for the MC and his friends.

the second book is not as good as the first for me. A nice dungeon run but else it feels not like a world but really like following a computer game. Also another betraying character.. was not called for - and too easy to spot from the beginning.
