Rasha Barrage

I’ve been struggling with anxiety for a long time now, and all of the books about it are like “breathe, and you’ll be okay”. Anxiety is more than that, and this book gets it. It has helped me tons to understand myself and to remain grounded while in panic. I really recommend it, even if it’s not very well known.
