Much more basic than I was looking for. "Everything" is not precisely true; this book is obviously meant for the consumer who has never before handled a Mac touch-screen product.

It was alright, but there wasn't a whole ton in it that I didn't already know. A few things will be helpful, but, since I knew mostly how to degunk other Windows versions, this one doesn't have a whole lot of new information for Windows 7.

Still, if someone knows little or nothing about Windows and the degunking that has to constantly go on, it would be a very helpful book I think.

This is a good book for those who want to learn Microsoft Office Project 2007 from scratch. Moreover, it helps MCTS 70-632 exam candidates prepare for the certification exam of MS Project 2007 backed by the 200+ sample exam questions CD.

This is a Pearson - Prentice Hall product. One of their introductory level series. I find it useful because Windows 7 has some features very different from the XP Home I've been happily using. I find the text and the illustrations helpful in leadng me to features I might otherwise have not known about.

A computer book I read cover to cover. I wanted to learn how to do all the things to my Mac that I do to my PC to speed it up.½

There is nothing to learn with Vista . . . think Windows XP with prettier pictures. That's what this book boils down to.
