Once again Great writing! I sat down and read this book in one sitting. I received an advanced review copy in exchange for an honest review.

Galin has spent a year trying to master his magic at a school that is suppose to be neutral territory. But when it is time to leave Jena and Ellis join him on the journey to meet up with his adoptive dad, Brock, and Jena's mom, Keya, in a small village. Can they convince people to join them and start a war to take back his kingdom? To rid their world of the darksiders? Can he stay ahead of this assassin hired to kill him? Was it a good idea to hire the assassin? They must do one thing to get the backing of a mayor, can they succeed? And can he finally learn to control his dragon magic?
