just love the range this book covers. I don;t think there's any other book in the market with the same range, in spite of abundance in this segment. I haven't yet tried the recipes, hence being a little hard on the rating, but motivated enough to try them very soon and see if my son likes to eat them as well.

This is a great tool for pregnant women, new moms or old. The author goes into great detail what goods contribute to what traits. I personally enjoyed the chapters about ADHD and autism (my son has been diagnosed with ADHD and Aspergers). I loved the few recipes given throughout the book. I have already tried the Strawberry Ice Cream Cake, it was a huge success. Next is the Blueberry Cheesecake. Great book by a great author/writer.

This book made interesting reading. I found it abit slow to start, and im not sure if all her tips will work, but she sounded as if she knew what she was talking about.

This book is relayed almost as if you are in a conversation with the author. A mother’s opinion to life’s ups & downs with babies and children regarding food, exercise and fun that involves family and friends, scientific fact and fiction etc. Some delicious cake recipes included as well.
