Lora: Amazing Job. Unfortunately I just ahead in the series but it was still great!

Alexis: I usually don't read Urban erotic/romance, but this was spectacular! I really hope that Anita finally get her man. Write more on that couple.
Lorie: Dear Lord! That was so sexy and sweet for what Chase did for Ash. I so wanted to cry when she wound up in the hospital.

Tempt Me by Alexis Grant - 3
She's an R&B singer, he's filling in as bodyguard after she has fire her family. It had really good parts but the transitions often had me backing up and rereading interrupting the flow. Also the various names Anita used for her private parts was also annoying, as I'd have to stop and try to figure out what she meant.

Love Me 'til Death by Lorie O'Claire - 4
The first kiss seemed forced and I honestly didn't get why she didn't kick his ass. Getting over that little bit, the story was interesting, as this FBI agent in disgrace assists the lady cop find a killer.

Hannah's Luck - Lora Leigh - 2 1/2 Stars - Not my favorite Lora Leigh story. It was way too short and seemed like so much was missing.

Unfortunately the library copy I have smells horrible! Seriously like musty attic and old cigarettes, so I will be returning it before I can finish hopefully I'll be able to find a readable copy one day in the future. ( )

Lora Leigh's contemporary about a sheriff and school teacher in danger was intriguing but had a ton of background.
Red Garnier and Alexis' Grants' short stories were forgetable (maybe because the hero had the same name in both?). Lorie O'Clare's detective and FBI agent story had a good foundation but there was too much plot and development for this short format. ( )
