Challenges: Read for Fun, Why Buy the Cow, Men in Uniform
Overall Rating: 4.00
Story Rating: 4.00
Character Rating: 4.00

First Thought when Finished: It has been to long since I have been to NOLA!

What I Loved: Nina Bruhns did a fantastic job of getting you into that Louisiana mood through the setting, dialogue, and fantastic characters. I was pretty much sucked into the richness of the area and it was perfect for a romantic suspense novel. I loved Nina's usage of Cajun sayings and just about died at Creole's name: Auri!

What I Liked: The romance between Creole and Grace was a nice balance of sweet and spicy. You really cared about them getting together and wanted Grace to heal the hurt from Creole's past. The suspense story was a fantastic way to bring these two together! Plus, kudos for not dragging out the "mistaken" twin plot. I really enjoyed that they were getting to know each other for who they really were!

Things that made me go hmmm: Nothing really but I started reading the epilogue and decided to wait until I read book 3 since it talks about Muse and Remi!

Final Thought: This was a fantastic read that I am glad I picked up. It was also another free read that lead me to buy more in the series so it did it's job LOL
