The pictures in this little book are taken from Thomas the Tank movies that were done without animation. The three stories included here are great to read to the children as and always carry messages about being useful, responsible and considerate. (

Published in 2008, this Thomas and Friends book sports the newer, better format. There are more pictures, which are less muddy, and some of them now sport some thin colorful frames around them.

The 3 stories included are: The Magic Lamp, James Gets a New Coat, and Thomas and the Golden Eagle. (
