The images in this story are really wonderful.

I really enjoyed this picture book. It was very deep even without any words. I really liked the message it was sending, that humans were destroying all of the natural environment for houses and such things.

Window is a wordless picture book that illustrates the effects that humans have on their environment. It features a wide variety of illustrations of a view outside their family window as years pass by and the neighborhood changes. This book is notable because it literally shows how landscape changes over time due to human intervention. It highlights changes that may otherwise go unnoticed because we ultimately fail to pay attention. ( )

It is a wordless book to tell the story through scenes viewing from a window. As a baby grew, the world outside the window changed as well. The speed of our changing world was at a horrifying speed and it brought huge destruction to nature.
