This book is absolutely adorable. Love the sunny illustrations, love the storyline, love the rhymes, love how the bunnies go home to their mamas at the end of the day.

My nieces don't love it as much as I do, so I took a star off for that. I will note that if you're reading this book aloud it's probably better for the under-4 set - it's probably too short and simple to really hold the attention of older kids, which is my problem with my nieces. There are very few words per page. For example, one two page spread runs "Start at sunup, work all day, roping cows, tossing hay", and that's the norm for this book. ( )

This story runs through a day of cowboy bunnies who herd wheeled sheep on rocking horses, and come home to be tucked in by their mamas.

Really cute, really sweet. ( )
