I really enjoyed this simple book that will help young readers and listeners to realized them many purposes that math and numbers serve. Without math what could we really do! When all the numbers in the town goes missing a detective is on the case! Along with the animals in town they hunt to find this number theif. This story shows the importance of numbers, how would the world be with-out them. At the end of the story the detective finds the theif and return all the numbers. This interesting book will have readers thinking how would we tell time, use the phone, buy things, and play sports with-out numbers. This is a very creative book that shows how numbers are apart of our everyday lives. And the illustrations are amazing and funny, readers will enjoy! ( )

Missing Math was also a really fun book! This book is about a town whose numbers have floated away and completely gone missing. The calendars and clocks are all blank because the numbers floated away and the town cannot find the numbers. Thankfully, at the end of the book, the numbers are found to save the day! This book is a good book to introduce students into what types of things in our lives use numbers and why numbers are so important. ( )
