Fly guy and his friend go on a road trip and get to experience all sorts of adventures. I would definitely say that this would be good for second graders, as there are more pictures than words on most of the pages. Overall it is an adorable early chapter book, but it would be best fit for first and second grade. ( )

This book is great to introduce to students who are transitioning to chapter reading. It is a funny, easy chapter book to follow. Fly Guy takes a trip with Buzz and his family. They travel to all kinds of new places and eat lots of food and ride rollercoasters. The parents always think Fly Guy is lost, but he is always at their side. Buzz's family ends up getting lost on the drive home, and Fly Guy flies up really high in the air to lead them home. ( )
