Animals, movement, different ways of moving, D Summary: This bright and color-filled book engages children by allowing them to learn about how certain animals and creatures do and do not get around. From the cow who doesn't hop to the Rhino who doesn't fly, children can read along about how certain animals move, and when they get to an animal that doesn't get around in a certain way, the children yell out "No they don't!" I really enjoyed how brightly colorful this book was; a white spec was never found in this book. I like how the book asked different questions about which animals got around a certain way. For instance, on one colorful page, there is a little boy pointing to a large sign that says, "Who flies?" This gets children thinking about what animals and creatures fly. It then shows a little bird flying, a bat flying, a fly fling, and a rhino flying. Although, Rhino's don't fly, so I think it's funny how the next page illustrates the rhino on its head with a Band-Aid on. This is when the students yell "No They Don't!" I like how the book illustrates a variety of movements, such as hopping, flying, slithering, swimming etc. The central message of this book is to illustrate to children how animals move around. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
