This small and attractive book is the collection of what was said and read at Laurie Lee's memorial service, some time after his death and his funeral. It was a celebration of his life and his writing. I served to remind me how much I loved his As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning, and how I have intended to read his third book about Spain but never had.
