( ) This is a compilation of short stories by Marian Keyes, in a way of ranting her actual misfortune or misadventure. Initially, I did find it relevant and humorous but eventually it became some sort of a bore and I've lost interest. She writes pretty well, that's a given, so I could actually finished reading it. Yes, I did persevered until the end just to complete it! However, too much rants in one book got on my nerves I guess. Hence the reason why I took a long time to finish this 56 pager 8 chapters book! nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

Every book tells a story . . .And the 70 titles in the Pocket Penguins series are emblematic of the renowned breadth and quality that formed part of the original Penguin vision in 1935 and that continue to define our publishing today. Together, they tell one version of the unique story of Penguin Books. Marian Keyes spearheaded a new wave of contemporary women's fiction, providing wickedly funny tales of twenty- and thirty-somethings living and loving on the edge. No stranger to the road less commonly travelled herself, Marian has also written two collections of tales and observations from her own life. Nothing Bad Ever Happens in Tiffany'sis a small but perfectly formed selection of these. Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
