Excellent little book full of recipes and ideas for desserts to be produced in 30 minutes or less. Very strong on fruit, as befits a book based on the seasons. Very practical but at the same time likely to stretch most people's perception of a decent pudding. ( )

A companion to the extremely good 'Real Fast Food' - both have the headline of food in under 30 minutes (pushing 20 years before Jamie was doing this). Chapter headings are the seasons with ideas for seasonal fruit, cheese, eggs, etc.
