I liked this book because it was one of my favorite books as a child. I like it for various reasons, but I also dislike one aspect. This book has great characters, a family who fosters dogs, and of course the main star of all the books, the dogs! Each one has a story and this one's story is that he was not being treated well by his owner. The point of view is from the children, Lizzie and Charles, and sometimes the dogs! I dislike that there are no illustrations, I wish there were some for such a visual children's book. The main idea of this book is to have hope, even if it doesn't seem feasible. This puppy was being neglected by its owners, but the Peterson's, and the puppy had hope that they would find this dog a loving new home. ( ) nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
