Not for me, but the included recipes look interesting especially if you are into baking and lots of sugar. ( )

I think this was fun read. i also liked how this book formate was a bit diffrent from previous books. Sometimes the over explaining of and how the author writes is not my favorites and i something think the dialogue it a bit bland. This book did not really feature the characters that i love as much. There was a big ending at the end of this book and i am excoted to see how this book effect the future ones!! a cute read and def a new favorite in this series ( )

Hannah Swensen is called upon to fill in for another baker in baking for the inaugural Walleye Fishing Tournament. Big names and heavy traffic comes to tow. Among them is Sonny Bowman, re-known fisherman and celebrity. His public personality covers his real personality. A cheater, womanizer, knows nothing of fishing, rude to all who have to deal with him. When he is found dead in a boat drifting on the lake, the number of suspects is long.

Andrea, Hanna’s younger sister, shows she has become an able baker after being made fun of for her lack of baking skills. In another chapter, Mike Kingston, a Lake Eden detective and romantic interest of Hannah’s, asks for Hannah’s help and seems not as eager to solve the case. Both give a strange twist to the usual format, and a bit of a sub-plot.
