Sequel to Partners Rider has secretly been in love with his partner, Nicco, for years. When he finds out Nicco feels the same way, Rider is euphoric. But Nicco is having trouble accepting he's in love with a man. Rider wants to take their relationship to the next level, but his partner vacillates between hot desire and cool indecision. A visit to Nicco's family for the holidays only makes things worse; Nicco's father is homophobic, his mother wants grandchildren, and an unexpected guest makes Nicco jealous. Back home, the two men must make a decision between pursuing their romantic relationship and saving their partnership. Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |

This was another short book, but a bit longer than [b:Partners|26630703|Partners (Partners, #1)|Rebecca James|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1442517250s/26630703.jpg|46665384] thankfully. Frankly I feel that the two books could've been combined into one story since this was the relatively immediate pick up from book 1, but I was glad to see this story progress and be more complete continuation of the first book. We got to see Nicco freak out at the idea of work or family finding out about them. We got to see Rider struggle with hiding how he feels. We got to see them love each other, and we got to see them fight for what they mean to each other. I feel that they are on their way to a full HEA, but I would've liked to see them come out to Nicco's family since they are all so close. I enjoyed this sequel more than the first book, but mostly because this gave more story (which I LOVE). ( )
