I've always been a fan of brocest and twincest and this story delivered. I liked Jay and Dean also. ( ) This was sweet and surprisingly low-angst, but still, the plot remained believable, and the ‘taboo’ itself wasn’t downplayed. The progression of Atticus and Asher’s relationship seemed very natural, and the sexual tension between the two of them was absolutely delicious. The sex scenes were… HOT AF! Especially the last one, omfg. I’m so glad I decided to give this author another chance after DNF-ing one of her previous works! Her writing was much better here than in Secrets and Lies. 4.5 stars. P.S: There’s no BDSM in this — none whatsoever. Don’t know who started that tag… Super taboo must read Wow! Super duper wow! What a brilliantly beautiful book! I read ‘Secrets and Lies’ a few months ago and it really didn’t touch me. So even though ‘End Scene’ was constantly being recommended on Facebook, Goodreads, Amazon, etc..., I resisted reading it. Total facepalm for me. The love scenes were super hot. There was minimal angst. Then there was the actual relationship between Atticus and Asher. They carried the whole brotherly relationship throughout the story. Even when the dynamics of their original relationship changed, they didn’t suddenly turn into different people. It wasn’t like they went from brothers to lovers. It was more like they added a new dimension to their relationship. One of my favourite parts (besides the whole ‘taboo love thing’) was Atticus. Unfiltered and prone to rambling when nervous, Atticus cracked me up! He was the icing on this cake of a novel. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
