Now Patty is almost out of prison, what is RoseGold to do with her mother? She is her mothers child and revenge is a delicious treat. I started reading this thinking maybe it would be a redemption book for Rose Gold— but I couldn’t have been more wrong. This was not about overcoming child abuse, this was about making someone pay for abusing you. Although I saw the twist coming, I was really happy I was right because it was so messed up. Although Rose Gold went way too far, I almost didn’t blame her (almost, bc she totally did take it too far)— I mean, everyone in this girl’s life shit all over her, she was bound to snap. I think the moral of this story is never underestimate anyone— you never know what people are capable of even if they seem a certain way on the outside.
