I think this is a fantastic book that can be used in a Language Arts class or a Science class. This book talks about science topics in poems. In a Language Arts class, you can have students create their own poems about something they are learning in class and use these as an example and inspiration. You could also use this book in a science class to introduce a topic to the students and it will help the students retain information on the topic. This is a fun way to combine learning and poetry. This Golden Duck award winner is a colorful book that covers many science subjects, Each page covers a different topic that a young reader might be interested in. I would use this book throughout the year to introduce topics in a fun manner. The book is written in a poetic manner as well. ( )
