Parker Madison is a doctor and believes in reason and science, however turning into a wolf isn't exactly reasonable, nor does it fall under science. He's trying to find out if there are others like him, prowling were he senses others. Only not all of the others are like him, and when he finds Chloe, bleeding, he has to bring both parts of himself together to find answers.

It's an intersting story, with a short story added on at the beginning that tells the story of two other characters that appear later in the story. I enjoyed the characters, particularly Parker, his questing sounded pretty genuine and there were enough mysteries left after I finished to make me want to read more in this series. ( )
